We try our very best to help lesson your scratches on your vehicle to be "less noticeable" with our unique system. Though scratches can be difficult to remove completely, in most cases we can lesson the appearance of those scratches. We can lesson "light" scratches. For keyed scratches or more heavier scratches, we suggest painting the area in order to achieve a better outcome for you. Many people opt for filling in, even heavier scratches, but the outcome is not certain and the best resolve, is to paint the area. In many cases, we can lesson "light" scratches to up to 85% in many cases. For higher metallic paints, the filled in area, will be more noticeable. the goal is to treat the scratched area so that it prevents rusting.

We thoroughly explain in detail to every single customer, the repair being done on each and every job, upfront. This way, our customers have first hand knowledge of what to expect so there are no surprises.

Each scratch repair is different and requires accessing the damage, offering a viable, affordable solution with the understanding that "scratch repairs" do NOT completely "remove" scratches if they are deep, wide, etc.... but rather, creating a viable treated solution so that is doesn't rust causing further damage to the paint.

We CANNOT be Responsible:

For glue pulling methods, THIS will NOT get your dent out 100%. The most you can expect is possibly 70-75% better and in some cases, it may be more. We explain this thoroughly when EVERY customer arrives for dent repairs.

For glue pulling on repainted areas that have NOT been properly prepped, old paint can be removed in a small area. This rarely happens. Also, hairline crack not seen at time of glue pull & pushing from behind, can peel or open up. Though, the majority of the time, this does NOT happen!

Being in WNY with climate changes and winters, it is impossible to guarantee rust repairs. If you have older vehicles, previous work done by other places, because we have no idea, what that other shop may or may not have done, we simply cannot guarantee rust repairs. We go over every single aspect in detail of what you can expect on every repair we do. This way, there are no surprises. We are always upfront and honest with our customers.
