Collision repair means to restore the vehicle back to factory. Brand new again. and your paint job should always match the factory paint. One of the things that bothers me the most about this industry is when a shop tells a customer that there is no way to match old paint. NOT TRUE! No way to restore back to factory conditions. NOT TRUE!
