Our shop has had zero customer complaints within the 2 yrs I took over in management, all our employees have been with us since i started, we gaurantee all our repairs as long as you have your veh. We use factory clear/coat finishes which are backed by dupont our paint supplier. Most of our techs are ase certified as well as i-car gold certified, our facility is approx. 6000 sf, 10 stalls for repairs, 2 chief frame straighteners.We our osha compliant ,recently under gone a remodel of our customer waiting area for their comfort .We our also involved with PDR involvement when ever poss. to do a less costly repair. Our goal is customer satifaction whatever the repair level.
