Custom Car Crafters uses water borne paint which is eco-friendly. In 2006, Overhaulin' TV show chose Custom Car Crafters to "overhaul" Lance Armstrong's 1970 Pontiac GTO. Richard Wood, the owner of Custom Car Crafters, was awarded the prestigious Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Award for his support of the military forces.
