name is Zachary Holcomb, one of the owners of Five Star Auto Body located in Tacoma, Washington just north of JBLM Base and south of the Port of Tacoma.
Five Star Auto Body is a family business that is veteran owned and operated. Our business has been providing quality auto body repairs for over 14 years. Our staff has a combined total of 25 years of bodywork experience and are I-Car certified. I recently acquired majority ownership of our shop and bring with me an extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. I was top producing material damage appraiser of the northwest. I consistently operated with high file closeouts, appraisal accuracy, impeccable customer reviews.
Since our shops beginning, we have had no direct relationship programs established. We have maintained a consistent and robust clientele over the year through word of mouth referrals from satisfied customers.
Our 3,800 square foot shop is capable of completing
sheet metal work, aluminum and plastic bumper repair, PDR, mechanical suspension work, detailing, and so much more, all backed by our lifetime guarantee. Our modern customer waiting area is equipped with wifi, refreshments, and entertainment. We have loaner cars available and established relationships with Enterprise and Hertz.
