To whom it may concern, my name is Bijan Motadi and I am the assistant manager at Golden Touch Auto Body & Paint in Laguna Hills. We are a family owned business and have 2 locations. One being in Laguna Hills, as well as in Stanton. We are currently a DRP for The Hartford, Wawanesa, Alliance, and Kemper. In addition, we are also a tow company, and have an impound lot as well. We do towing for insurance companies and the CHP. Our technicians are I-Car certified and our office including myself are I-Car certified. We do alignments in house, have multiple frame machines, multiple lifts, and also have 2 paint booths. In addition, we have All Data to ensure that labor procedures are being followed according to the manufacturer. Every car that comes in, whether it is brand new or old will be scanned for a complete diagnostics. We look forward to assisting our customers every single day and understand that even though the process of being involved in an accident may be inconvenient, it is our job to help the customer throughout the process and make it as easy as possible!
