H&H is comitted to quality repairs. The most up to date equipment and training keeps us ahead of our competition. Our customer satisfaction rate is always the highest in the area . We also use alldata to be sure all repairs are done according to oem recommendations. As of 12/13/2009 we went to green. We now use PPG envirobase waterbase paint and are the first in the area to do so. The office staff at H&H is very courteous and are very good at handling the customers concern. Our scheduling is monitored on a daily basis to insure great cycle time is achieved. All vehicles are put on a lift and torn down to limit supplements to a minimum which improves cycle time as well. We have 3 staff appraisers to accommodate the customer as needed. manager has 44 years of experience in repair, refinish, and management combined. H& H serves Franklin and Cumberland counties.
