Rest assured that when Parks Motor Sales repairs your vehicle, ALL collision repairs are guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle.
This Warranty applies if defects occur under normal driving conditions and not honored where the vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse, or misuse. Specifically excluded from this warranty is rust coming through the metal from scratches and gravel marks acquired from driving conditions. Parks Motor Sales warrants metalwork, painting, striping, decals, mechanical repairs related to the collision repair, and all replacement parts.
Not included are incidental costs such as towing fees, vehicle rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this warranty, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair included in this warranty.
